Starting to feel ill

This week has been horrible. In fact, i’m starting to feel ill from all the frustration and stress. I don’t know what to do to destress.

    Breath!
    Just remember to breath. It is something you should do all the time to stay a live. However when you get too caught up in the moment take a good 30 seconds to a minute and focus on deep breaths in and out. During those breaths visualize the negative and bad stress leaving your body and engergy and positive light comming in. It is a temporary fix to get you thruogh the next few minutes/clear your mind to face the project at hand.
    Or you could do the art of a 20 minute power nap. Studies have found that it helps reduce stress, helps build up more energy and also helps you retain knowledge. I have found several good online sources that prove that point but I wont make you read it and add one more stress to your life. However longer than an hour nap will not help you. They say don’t feel guilty for taking the 20 minutes to nap because it will improve your preformance, engergy and help the knowldege you just learned sink in. I am sure you waste 20 minutes of your daying doing other stuff, why not take a nap instead. Just a tip.
