I forgot to mention yesterday our funny moment from the weekend. After we got there Friday afternoon, Laura needed new pants on. She had sat on a piece of cheese and had wet through her pants. Needless to say, they were dirty. So I got to the room where all the bags are to get her a new pair of pants. I didn’t see them, so I asked Robert if he knew where they were. He comes in and looks in the bags. The car didn’t have any bags left in it. We left all the clothes sitting on the changing pad in the bedroom. We worked together to pull them out, but never put them in a bag. Oops. At least it wasn’t a kid! Fortunately, there was a Kohls nearby. Liz and I went to get enough clothes for just the weekend. She used her Kohls charge card so we got an extra 20% off. I wasn’t planning on buying more clothes for either kid, but they couldn’t wear the same thing all weekend long.
On another note, Robert and I are going to some concerts soon. I scored us Jon Bon Jovi tickets for in April. We are going to get U2 tickets today. James gets presale tickets being a U of M student and he is letting us use his ID to get them. We are also going to Bryan Adams in December. I got an email that Avenue Q and Mama Mia will be in the Cities this spring. ARG! Why so many great shows at once??? We most likely won’t make it to the two shows.
