So yesterday was just an awesome day. It didn’t start wonderfully, but it ended great. As I was walking to work in the morning, I somehow managed to lose my glasses. I had put them in my coat pocket so they wouldn’t get fogged up. I returned to work at 8:30 (should have started at 8, but went looking for my glasses). I left work shortly before 9 so I could make it to class on time. Virgil made me put down 1 hour of work because I’ve stayed late enough that “it all balances out.” So I go the entire day without my glasses. I’m lucky I’m not blind without them. But then again, I probably wouldn’t be in this position if I was blind. But that’s besides the point. After classes were over, I stayed a little late with a classmate to work on the bookorder. She and I volunteered to do it for March. As a “reward” we were able to use the bonus points and coupons to get free books for ourselves. I ended up getting 5 or 6 books. I then headed to Hudson to order new glasses. I was lucky that I haven’t gotten any for quite some time so insurance will cover. The people at Pearle vision were great. They had my glasses ready for me in 1/2 hour! I went over to Papa Murphy’s to get a pizza (needed something quick and easy to eat before going to the movie). I ordered a large cowboy with deep dish sauce (it’s just so much better with the DD sauce). Ashley made a mistake and put the sauce on the family crust that was for a call in order. Jaime found out that it was my pizza, and just gave it to me for the large price I had paid. Robert and I were supposed to go see Lord of the Rings: Return of the King with Barb, one of his co-workers. She wasn’t feeling very well though, so we went on our own. It was a great movie. And best of all, the seating was very comfortable. We got back to Robert’s house at 11, and I just crashed there. Today’s classes weren’t too bad. Health was fun. However, music just got annoying. We spent most of the hour talking about melodies. BORING! Tonight I’ve been fairly unproductive. Feels kinda nice. But I’m going to think about going to bed soon. Goodnight. Write more later.
