Ok, so it’s been a while since I’ve posted. Things in my life are gradually improving. I have only 3 more days of work left (yipee!). The past two nights have been a little rough. I feel fine until about 9, but then I suddenly get ill. Sunday night I suddenly was hit with a splitting headache from nowhere and last night my stomach was not happy with me. I hope tonight isn’t as rough.
Everything is finally out of the apartment. We finished that up on Saturday. Thanks to Barb and Jason letting us use their truck, we were able to move everything else in one trip. Robert and I have moved most of it during the week so it wouldn’t take too long on Saturday. It was great to see Liz again. She brought her boyfriend along, so it was nice meeting him. 
I am really happy for her and wish her the best of luck.
A week ago I had my car in for repairs since the check engine light was always coming on. I had the manifold and air intake tube replaced. Not cheap. On Sunday, the stupid light came on again. I has come on everyday this week. I think I might call Jerry’s and see if they might be able to squeeze me in this week to have it looked at again. Although I hate to spend at least $45 just for them to tell me it’s not a big deal.
Last Friday, I think, I received a letter from John in the mail. I was beyond happy! I haven’t received a letter from him since the week of June 14th. He wrote three pages, and just filled me in on what is going on. I am in the process of writing him back. I am on the top of the third page, so hopefully I can get the mailed tomorrow.
Things haven’t been going well at work for Robert and his co-workers. I felt bad for them, so I baked some cookies last night. He brought them into work today for two of his co-workers who have been working tons. They appreciated them.
I have a new job now, so I’m no longer enslaved to Chartwell’s. 
I am now working at Papa Murphy’s in Hudson. I will start on Sept. 2. Starting pay is $6.75 an hour. That’s a lot more that I w ould be making at Char’s. I’m hoping to get about 20 hours a week there, and around 10 at Textbook Services. I will definitely be busy this semester, but it will cover rent and other expenses that I have.
Well, that is just a quick update on what has been happening in my life. I can’t think of much else right now. Robert and I are still dating and doing fine there. I’m going to see if he is ready to leave yet. He had said he wanted to be home by 4:15 today, so that means we should leave in the next 15 minutes. Write more later.m
