Staying Afloat

Today, ok maybe yesterday by now, was really long. I was up at 7:35 for my 8:00 class. I was most of the way to class when I saw Jess leaving North Hall. She told me Dr. Ernie wasn’t there so I went back to the room. I finally got a hold of my contact for my observation. Vega had given us the fax number, not the number to talk to an actual person. I am slowly figuring out when I am going to get in my 20 hours of observation time. Next Wednesday, I only have math. I figure at this point I’ll skip math so I can get in a full day of observation. Vega was nice and gave everyone the next two weeks of classes off so we can get our observations done. I am going to have to go one day over Spring Break, but that shouldn’t be too bad. I’m excited to go. Liz and I are going to go for a drive this weekend and find where I am supposed to go. Hopefully it won’t be too difficult. We might call Meghan and get together with her for a little bit. We’ll see how things pan out. Right now I’ve hit the point where I’ve gotten about my third wind today. I’m not too tired right now, but as soon as I get in bed I’ll be tired. Luckily I don’t have many plans for tomorrow. I am hoping to watch Eyes on the Prize and possibly write my paper. I would have been in bed around 10:30 or so, but Liz and I started talking. It has been forever since we’ve been able to sit and just have a good talk. However, I’m going to get into pajamas and climb up into bed. Hopefully I can get a few hours of sleep and do half way decent on my exam I have tomorrow morning. Write more later.
