Staying Afloat

This was a very long Tuesday. I don’t know if it’s because it started early or if it is because I might be getting sick. My head/sinuses have been pounding all night. I sure hope that I am not getting the junk flutterbyefred had. Today was fun. I went to my 9:30 class. We were in 5 groups and each group read about 3 or 4 chapters of My Side of the Mountain. Now mind you, I tried reading that book when I was younger and just could not get into it. My group read our chapters and then each group shared the main events from all the chapters. Read: VERY BORING!!! Exceptional Child wasn’t too bad. We did a lot of notes and listened to a lot of stories. Some of the stories I heard today scared me. If you really want to know them, I can tell you. However, I don’t feel like typing them here. I started my observation hours for Exceptional Child today. I had a blast. I am at a therapy place so I get to watch kids play. Since they are young children, the therapists make everything into games if possible. I am really looking forward to going back. I am in the process of contacting my placement for Multi-Cult. I have the name and number and e-mail address. I have tried to e-mail and call the lady. I think I’ll have to try calling early tomorrow mornign and talk to the secretary to see what I can do. I have to start my hours on Monday. But I am exhausted now. I am going to start my nightly routine so I can climb up into bed soon. Write more later.
