mythtv update

I determined that 720×480 @ 6000-8000 Mbps … is too much for my MythTV box to deal with when playing back (probably I/O bound given that the capture card does the decoding). The default settings are 480×480 @ 4500-6000 Mbps. I think there’s some more tuning in order.
