So I’ve been MIA for about 3 weeks. Summer school is over. I am in search of new daycare now. Things just didn’t work out with my other lady. I hate this part.
Today the fridge was repaired. The LED display was blinking, the ice door was opening and closing. We couldn’t get any water or ice out of it. I had to put up with the annoyance for 4 days. I’m so glad it is over. The freezer also wasn’t staying as cold as it should.
Today I have a playdate with Jenny and Carly. It’ll be fun to watch the two girls play together.
I have hit a point where I don’t know exactly what I want to do with my life. I like teaching, but is it something I want to do forever? I just don’t know. I do know that I need to work. I need my time out of the house and have adult interaction.
Yesterday I took Laura to the Hudson Library for their storytime. Laura seemed to have lots of fun. I think we’ll be going back. Hopefully we can continue this fall on the days that I don’t sub.
